1. Convenient location and clean rooms most of the staff are great 2. Good food 3. The hotel to Airport shuttle was on time, efficient and good. The 2 gentlemen who drove the shuttle (on different occasions) were pleasant, very helpful and efficient at their job. 4. Management kindly agreed for us to check out late (13:00). Our Toronto -> London flight was at 19:30. This was very kind and really appreciated it, given the fact that I hadn't rested the previous 2 nights (see reasons below).

The hotel room was very comfortable and the staff was very polite and courteous even at the odd hours that we checked in. The breakfast had many options and we had a good stay here.

Staff went above and beyond to welcome me, they were so friendly! Pizza and beer at the restaurant were delicious and very good value. The bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in.

The four points was incredible. I had an emergency trip to the hospital, and they were more than accommodating to extend my stay. The staff were absolutely amazing, and caring!!

Airport shuttle left early (caught the 5:00 am shuttle). Driver was friendly. More than expected (I was planning to walk to the terminal, which was a short walk from the hotel).
